چکیده

In order to reduce the environmental smog caused by coal combustion, air pollution control devices have been widely used in coal-fired power plants, especially of wet flue gas desulfurization (WFGD) and electrostatic precipitator (WESP). this work, particulate matter with aerodynamic diameter less than 10 μm (PM10) sulfur oxides (SOx) studied a plant. The plant is equipped selective catalytic reduction, precipitator, WFGD, WESP. results show that PM10 removal efficiencies WFGD WESP are 54.34% 50.39%, respectively, overall efficiency 77.35%. effects on particle size distribution. After peak particles shifts from 1.62 0.95 μm, mass concentration fine 0.61 increases. WESP, 1.61 μm. differences due agglomeration growth small particles. SO3 increases after SCR, but has great influence SOx 96.56%. can remove SOx, 20.91%. final emission factors SO2, SO3, PM1, PM2.5 0.1597, 0.0450, 0.0154, 0.0267 0.0215 (kg · t−1), respectively. Compared research without ultra-low retrofit, reduced 1~2 orders magnitude, level pollutants greatly improved.

Emission Rate of Particulate Matter and Its Removal Efficiency by Precipitators in Under-Fired Charbroiling Restaurants

In order to explore the potent role of meat cooking processes as the emission sources of particulate matter (PM), emission rates and the associated removal efficiency by precipitators were estimated based on the on-site measurements made at five under-fired charbroiling (UFC) restaurants. The emission patterns of PM for these five restaurants were compared after having been sorted into the main...

Quantification of radionuclides and associated radiological risk estimation of coal combustion residues from a South African coal-fired power plant

Background: Radionuclides occur in coal combustion residues, such as fly ash and bottom ash, which are by-products of coal combustion. They pose potential radiological risks to people present in the surrounding areas. Materials and Methods: Gamma spectrometry was performed to determine the radionuclide activity concentrations in a coal-driven power plant located in the Limpopo province, South A...
